Bio
Renée Cain known professionally as Zami Maré, is a Singer, Songwriter, and Actress. Born in Miami, Florida, she moved to Athens, Alabama at the age of ten. With aspirations of becoming an artist since a young girl, she began writing poems. Zami started singing in the church as a late teen but it wasn’t until 2017 that she finally pursued a solo career as an independent artist. She decided to bring her poems to the studio and have the world get to hear a new side of her. In Summer of 2019, the young artist released her very first single “I Am Enough” and then followed with her Pop single “I’m Yours” in October which she sung as an opening act for the renowned group Nappy Roots. Zami will be releasing her first EP in Spring of 2020. Be ready for more to come with this upcoming star as she has many more projects in store!
