Yo Miestro

 Yo Miestro grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee surrounded by the variety of cultures that hip hop has to offer due to the night clubs his parents owned. Growing up listening to many hip hop and R&B legends shaped his style and the way he viewed music. The love for his craft extracts a wide range of emotion giving him the ability to truly express himself.

Currently, the young mc/producer/CEO is working to gain a strong and true fan base by promoting his latest project, “The Middle Man”. To connect with a bigger audience, he plans to have 1-3 video shots during summer 2016 from his latest mixtape including new singles. Every Month, starting this July, Yo Miestro will upload a video explaining what he is doing that month from his YouTube channel. This bio will be sent to big name companies, radios, etc. He also is building a team that goes by Monumental Vision Production. Talents ranging from videographers to drummers are already on the team and together they will push each other to reach a status in life that one man can’t grasp alone. For Yo Miestro, this will help fund his career as well as other expenses. This team will help with mixtape and album production, cover art, ideas, modeling, live samples, instrumentals, videos, etc.

At an early age, his family was faced with many challenges trying to better themselves and their futures. They went even as far as living in the night club they did business in. Due to the significant struggles, his father became a hustler to move his family into a better home in a safe neighborhood. After another club was purchased, bringing big named artists such as Young Jeezy and Young Dro, whom Yo Miestro was able to open up for and meet, his father was sentenced to a ten-year sentence. The young musician used this as inspiration, soon after he dropping his first CD under the stage name Platinum~C. In a 5-year span the artist recorded 6 mixtapes, attend a trip to New York by being chosen by a talent scout, and attended numerous events and talent shows where he performed. In 2012 Yo Miestro won his first talent show in Atlanta, Georgia. After taking two years off from recording to study his craft in production, he is now back in full effect and pushing to get to the next level being his mixtape “The Middle Man” that he produced, wrote, recorded, etc.
