Bio
Music has played it's part in Rashad B's life since a young age. Raised by parents who were both singers and DJ’s, while also growing up in the choir, gave him a very broad taste in sound early. He soon learned instruments on the way both on his own and in school band, such as the trumpet, trombone, tuba, drums, piano, saxophone, violin and bass guitar. He eventually decided to compose his own music. Production was his first love, with songwriting coming in a close second from his Grandfather's history as an English Professor. Rashad has a voice that can remise the 90's soul vibe with relaxing but strong gospel roots. A rap flow that will come unexpected, but never fails to find it’s own cadence. His production is very diverse, as he's determined not to be one-dimensional, as well as mix a few genres. His music is 100% him, as he learned basics to mixing and mastering from trial and error and began engineering on his own. Rashad founded a Record Label called Family First Entertainment with his nephew and business partner Tommy Hall, and since has been grinding endlessly.
