Wes B

Wes B is an  artist from Waterloo, IA. He is a talented lyricist, MC, vocalist, actor, dancer, poet and musician. Wes has been performing since the age of 13. He has been strongly mentored by seasoned many of the artists found within the Christian community which he participates in passionately. These mentors have had a strong and positive effect on the artist, creating a well-rounded and spiritually grounded young man. The opportunities provided and the skills taught via these connections are apparent within the rich & seasoned delivery and performance of each of this artists tracks. 

Wes' faith is one of his strongest qualities, and he believes that through God, all things are possible. His humble spirit and willingness to learn all he can about the music industry makes him easy to work with and a joy to mentor. Wes owns an amazing attitude and optimistic disposition. Even after losing his mother at such a young age (3 years old) which was devastating for him, he chose to turn tragedy into a positive energy. Wes uses his musical talents as an outlet to share his story with the rest of the world, and as a vehicle that drives inspiration and motivation into the lives of others, in his school and community at large. His message is that everything happens for a reason, and although troubles are going to arise sometimes in life, through faith and determination, we all can persevere.

Wes currently attends Wartburg College in Waterloo, IA. One of his greatest concerns is the growing dropout rate among his peers. He is richly active in providing mentorship, and lends his musical skill to the cause.
