We Royals

We Royals is a new electro/psych rock duo from the mountains of Colorado, consisting of Andy Crosby on guitar and vocals, and Shelton Summerville on drums. Crosby is also the super-talented and wildly-creative brainchild behind electro/psych music project Vox Eagle, who I’ve previously featured on this blog a number of times. We Royals have just released their debut single “Ready For It” and it fucking rocks! The song is the first single from their forthcoming EP, due out soon. - Eclectic Music Lover

“Ready for it” is the opera prima of We Royals. The artists began the interaction of their creative dynamics in September 2019, in less than two months the debut material was ready. The song has a classic strength. They display a repertoire of resources that denotes that they really know the style.

The composition is a powerful guitar base on blunt drums and the power of vocals. It is rock music, to talk about the influence on We Royals we could mention bands of any decade between 1960 and 2000. It is because “Ready for it” is the stylistic interpretation that this Colorado duo makes of the rock heritage. - Visual Atelier

Denver-based hard rock duo We Royals bring the intensity on their debut single "Ready For It". Fast-paced guitars and drums roar underneath wild vocals forming a soundtrack sure to get you amped up. "We wrote it as the kind song we'd want to start a set with or the sort of tune you put on before you take on a big wave or drop in on half pipe to get you fired up." The pair joined forces only recently after meeting through a shared love of rock classics like Led Zeppelin and AC/DC and quickly got busy in the studio writing an EP, from which Ready For It emerged.
