VOODOO Pawn Shop delivers ‘In Your Face Blues’ by pawning old blues standards and reassembling new blues stylings with an edge.

Established in 2014, this collaborative delivers blues standards with an edge including the music of Eric Clapton, Joe Bonamassa, Buddy Guy, Cream, ZZ Top, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Muddy Waters, BB King, Albert King and countless others.

Mirek Lalas - Keyboards - Having learned piano in his native Poland, Mirek became one of Europe’s original punk rockers with the Kryzys. Here in Canada, he has performed in a myriad of tribute bands. While on the keys with VOODOO Pawn Shop, Mirek enhances a multiple of blues chops and effects.

Paul ‘Pauly’ Murray – Drums & Backing Vocals - As the founding member of VOODOO Pawn Shop, Pauly holds down the bottom on drums while delivering beats and rhythms with back up vocals. He works collectively with the band to develop the sound VPS carries.

Rafael Minassian – Bass & Backing Vocals - Originally from Mexico City, Rafael is a multi-instrumentalist. He plays cumbia, nortenas and corridos in Latin style plus a variety of pop and rock in Spanish and English. With VOODOO Pawn Shop, he rumbles the bass lines & sings back up vocals

Ted Wright – Lead Vocals & Harmonica – With his rich blues voice, Ted also sounds off blues harmonica rounding out the tone for VOODOO Pawn Shop

Wolf Endilcher – Lead Guitar – After playing in various blues/rock and country bands since the 80’s, Wolf has settled in with his blues guitar stylings and brings a new energy to VOODOO Pawn Shop.

VOODOO Pawn Shop is fully equipped and available for private & corporate events. Specializing in festivals, concerts & fundraisers.
