Vital Noise is a young Alternative Rock band from Pasadena, CA. By combining aspects of post hardcore and alternative rock , Vital Noise creates a unique sound that will have both rock and Alternative enthusiasts singing along to their music. Lead vocalist / lead guitarist Andrew Wilmot's entrancing vocal melodies and shredding lead guitar lines combined with Izak Athanas's explosive drum beats and Preston's thundering bass lines create the perfect blend of upbeat rock and Alternative music.
Brothers Andrew and Preston have had a passion for music and have been playing together ever since they could remember. In 2010, they met drummer Izak Athansas at a music school. The three have been gigging together throughout Los Angeles ever since. Over the last 6 1/2 years they have gigged several times at The Federal Bar, The Mint, The Roxy, The VooDoo Lounge at the House of Blues, many charity events and other various clubs throughout Los Angeles.
The band was recently chosen by The House Of Blues Music Forward Foundation as one of the top 49 young emerging artists in the whole country. On April 21, 2016 they performed to a great crowd at the House Of Blues Bringin' Down the House showcase at the Wiltern with 6 other top young LA based artists. On April 28, 2016 they are the opening act for 2016 American Idol Top 10 Finalist Olivia Rox, at her homecoming concert at The Canyon Club in Agoura Hills. This concert will have several American Idol alums as well as many music industry professionals.
The band was very fortunate to work with Mega Producer, Mike Clink on their single, "How Far Does the Wind Blow." Mike Clink is responsible for selling millions of records worldwide, including Guns and Roses "Appetite For Destruction."
Their original music has a very current Alternative Rock sound with strong vocals and shredding guitar. They also perform many rock covers that will have the crowd cheering and singing along.
