"(New Video)-@VcDaMenace Thank You God"

VC Da Menace dropped his ode to the man upstairs a few months ago and now it gets a visual treatment thanks to Rodney Cooper Filmz. “Thank You God” is literal and symbolic of the changes he has undergone in his life and is just thankful to be pursuing his dreams. The South Florida rapper decided to release his “Soul Searchin” mixtape in conjunction with the video. His aim is to give people a sense of who he is as an artist. “Thank You God” is full of soulful melodies and a climactic finish, the perfect song to start your day off with, check it out now. - Getyourbuzzup.com

Bio

Vincent L. Calloway II better known as V.C. da Menace is an American songwriter, music producer, emcee, and mix engineer who currently resides in Palm Beach County, Florida.  Growing up in South Florida in the 90's V.C. was brought up on old school singers like Michael Jackson, Sam Cooke, and Stevie Wonder just to name a few.  It wouldn't be until the late 90's and early 2000's when V.C. would explore more into the world of Hip Hop.  Artists like Eminem, Lil Wayne, and Pastor Troy were just a few of his favorites growing up.  Back then, he still wasn't thinking too much about a career in music. His main focus was on football which he would later go on to play in college.  It wasn't until 2012 when he decided he was going to pursue a music career as a Hip Hop artist. That following year in 2013 he still had very little resources and relationships within the local music community and it was at that time he decided he was going to produce his own music.  Even then, he really wanted own his own craft and within the next year or two he would make a huge decision that would help him develop into the artist he was destined to be.  He decided to go to school at SAE Institute in Miami where he would learn how to mix and better produce his music. Fast forward to 2018 and V.C. is currently writing, producing, recording, and mixing all of his own music.  He continues to release new music consistently on SoundCloud and in the past year he's released over 10 self written and self produced songs on Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal and other streaming platforms. Currently V.C. is still a free agent and an independent artist but with his versatility, story telling rhymes, and a sound of his own there's no doubt he'll follow in the footsteps of other successful Southern Hip Hop artists like Big K.R.I.T, J. Cole, and T.I.
