The Living Satellites

The Living Satellites are a 5-piece alternative pop-rock band with members originating from across Ontario. Like an awkward love story, we all found our way to London, Ontario, and things slowly and loudly fell into place. Jake Barnes, primary songwriter and frontman of The Living Satellites, started the band with Justin Ferrara (lead guitar) in 2011. After three years, two EPs, countless shows and many hours experimenting with different sounds, styles and musicians, the band has finally found its place; we've never looked or sounded Better in Lights. With Derek Leung playing MPC and synths, Mike Donaldson on bass, and Michael Cisterna on drums, The SATS are ready for the bigger stage. Produced by SFA Records (an audio production company started by Jake Barnes and Derek Leung) the Better in Lights EP will be the first collection of songs from the new line-up. This electric 5 song EP will include "You Are a Star" and "(Move) Feel the Moment", two singles with music videos coming soon.
