The Golden Owls

In their sophomore year of high school, best friends James Doane and Keegan Palmatary formed an after school jam band that would eventually become The Golden Owls. From humble beginnings at talent shows and back yard gigs they developed a love for performing that carried with them as they graduated and left for Austin, TX. There they were introduced to a whole new variety of great musicians to learn and play with. In search of new beginnings and old friends, The Golden Owls returned to Keller, TX. Reunited with a guitarist Alex Moore, they began to grow together musically. Newly finalized, James and Alex tradeoff on the guitar and bass and Keegan owns the drums, The Golden Owls have meshed their desert rock sound with a healthy pop influence.
