For 5 years the city of Detroit has suffered the plague that is the Cult of Spaceskull. A ruthless band of misfits disguising themselves as a mere rock and roll act. No band was left intact and Detroit may never recover. In an effort to appease the cult, the Metro Times awarded them with the Best Musical Artist Award for 2022, which served as a most acceptable paper weight.
