The Crossing Kind

Based in Sacramento CA, The Crossing Kind is Jacob Thomas and Christina Noellé; a young married couple who have been singing together since 2009.  In the summer of 2013 they released their debut, self titled album.  The 10 track long-play fuzes pop, rock, and folk genres and has been met with enthusiastic approval from their ever growing fan base; evidenced by nearly 5,000 copies sold independently.  When first hearing TCK, either live or on CD, one can't help but be drawn in by the dynamic harmonies and vocal arrangements that have become a staple of their music.  Deeper listening will reveal powerful, honest lyrics that belie their young age and infectious melodies that stick with the listener long after the song is over.  Their musical talent is matched only by their work ethic, a combination that has led to numerous self booked tours across the United States, a trip to British Columbia, Canada and opening slots for notable artists such as Brandon Heath, The Afters, Point of Grace, Big Daddy Weave, MIKESCHAIR, Chris August, Jason Gray and Phil Joel.  Though their young career has already been met with much success, Jacob and Christina remain adamant on keeping their music ministry minded.  Now 2016 is shaping up to be a bigger year than ever before for 'The Crossing Kind' as they plan to tour to new cities and record new material.  But no matter where the Lord leads them, a life changing message of love and hope is sure to follow.
