Once upon a time there was a band called Echo and a band called 1313, three members from one and two from the other merged to form Echo 1313, when they disbanded Norris and Brian continued as a duet called Echo 13. Combining their talents with former members for The Fat Sparrows, their new collective became known as The 13 Sparrows. And they lived happily ever after.
