Telepathiq was formed in 2016 by Darrick Riggs. He is a classically trained pianist, avid bassist, vocalist, and recording engineer.
Late in 2015, Darrick decided to transition the studio environment to a live performance platform showcasing the music he'd been working on over the last 2 years. The songs demanded a dynamic approach in order to display the multi tracking, instrumentation, and presence. Kurt Aslett, a percussionist extraordinaire, touring drummer, and sound engineer, joined TelePathiQ for this purpose.
Both musicians are seasoned artists on the road, in the studio and on the stage. They perform with high energy and sonic tone, bringing a message of a higher awareness to their fans and audience.
The music radiates a landscape of big synths, deep basses, radiant strings, rhythmic drums and percussion, classic piano riffs, and vocals that will grab attention in any venue.
