Tapestop

Tapestop is a 3-man producer team consisting of Travis Lerat, Timo Kiirend, and Johann Acevedo. It all started out as a long forgotten idea to create a production powerhouse and combine the abilities of talented producers. While the team itself is fairly new, the members of the team are no strangers to the world of music. In 2014, Travis and Timo decided to join up and work on a few drum and bass tunes together. Soon after Johann came into the mix and reminded Travis of the idea of creating a production team; the first step in the birth of Tapestop. After a few days, Travis got together with Johann and talked over who should be included in the team. Timo was mentioned quite a few times and was highly recommended by Travis. It was only after a few Skype calls that everything began to be set in stone and Tapestop was born. At first the team had difficulties with communication in general, but it only took a few weeks of adjustment and a few sessions of production to get the team on the level with each other. Currently looking to build on the hype of their Debut EP grandly entitled "The Rise", this trio of producers are looking to take the drum and bass scene by storm with a more melodic take on the drum and bass genre.
