Swiv Daniels

Exploding onto the
hip-hop music scene is Swiv Daniels, an artist who truly understands the soul
of the crowd. The Sacramento rapper, grew up in almost every part of
the city and also spent a short time in Austin. Swiv’s music style reflects
that of someone who has done some traveling. With a bounce and drawl straight
out of Texas, the lyricism associated with East Coast rappers and a Northern
California swag that’s all his, Swiv Daniels is an eclectic artist that anyone
can enjoy.

Never one to shy away
from the spotlight, Swiv began rapping in junior high school with friends. Originally, focusing on lighthearted topics, he takes time to deal with some of the personal
struggles in his life such as: the passing of his mother to cancer, unstable
family life, his constant moving and dealing with trying to
provide for himself at a young age. He says, “I just give my perspective on all
the things I’ve gone through and try to make it positive”. His songs are about
real life and provide listeners an outlook of someone who stood in the face of
tribulation.

He recently released the debut album, The Profit, available at www.swivdaniels.com and is currently touring the Northern California area. Swiv is working with local artists and forming connections in the area. He is an unsigned artists who says he is fine with working with labels but would sign under the right conditions.
