Stella

We are Stella. A pop band with the support of more than eight thousand fans. We are young students from from El Paso, Texas and Cd. Juárez, Chih, México. This project has been working for more than three years, and consolidated since August 2015. Jennifer Saavedra (20 years), is the vocalist of the group. She's been into the music since 15 years old, participating in different local projects such as Medley "The concert", and the "Chicago: The musical". She also had the opportunity to be the concert opener of artists as Kinky, Ov7, Kaay and Los Claxons, all this together with her friends Carlos Reynosa and Christian Reynosa.

Carlos Reynosa (22 years), is the bassist of Stella. He began to play the drums at 5 years old, and at his 11 old with the guitar. He has participated in different projects of local bands together with his brother Christian Reynosa (21 years), the drummer of Stella; He began to play the drums at 5 years old and at his 10 years old with percussion. Finally, Alan Bautista (21 years) as keyboard player for the band. He began it's journey in music at 12 years old and start playing in a local weeding's band.

"Stella", it means "star" in Italian. Our goal was finding a name with a positive meaning to had a strong impact and a relation with our music.

The band begins with its first achievement in the Coca Cola contest, Possibility Challenge 2015,  winning the first place in México, competing with more than 1,500 people. We had the opportunity to travel to "Victoria Records" at Monterrey, México,  one of the most important studies in Latin America. We had a master class with the artist Noel Schajris( Sin Bandera). Also we had a showcase competition at Victoria Records, and we've been chosen to open the radio music festival "Digital 102.9 FM" at "Arena Monterrey" with an audience of more than 12,000 people and sharing the stage with artists as Kalimba, Reik, CD9, Carlos Rivera, Paty Cantú, Samo and Los Vázquez Sounds.

In 2016, we performed a cover of the Michael Jackson song "The way you make me feel", it was published at Music Crowns page(England). Obtaining more than 300,000 reproductions, and more than 4,000 shares, in interaction with countries around the world.

In march 2016 we were selected to be the concert openers of Jesse & Joy in Ciudad Juárez and Chihuahua city. In april 2016  we were selected to be concert openers of Sin Bandera, in Ciudad Juárez and Chihuahua city. Soon, in august 20th ,we will be showing our talent in the "Festival Internacional Chihuahua" (FICH).
