"Live Show Review: SoCro, Detroit Mutant Radio, and Lord T & Eloise at Peachtree Tavern – Atlanta, GA"

Saturday night, IMR headed out to Atlanta’s Buckhead area at Peachtree Tavern to help you, our beloved reader, make a little sense of this crazy, colorful, and often borderline-ridiculous musical world around us.

Opening the night was Chattanooga’s soCro. With bass-heavy beats and a flow all his own, our homie soCro with supporting DJ Renan left a residue of Chatt-town funk on the tavern’s stage which remained for the rest of the night. - Indie Music Reviewer

"Purebred Croat ballin' in the South"

Chattanooga rapper soCro wants to remind you of that afternoon in the high school parking lot when the subwoofers of your car or your friend’s car set off a whole row of car alarms. - Nooga.com

Bio

soCro takes electronic elements of the European club scene and blends them with Southern hip hop.

Over the past three years, soCro has gone from a nobody to packing out local clubs, opening for Big Boi, and releasing his debut LP. He's been working diligently on spreading his music and making his name known throughout the South.

Born to Croatian immigrants, his upbringing was split between Croatia and America. The time spent in two countries made for a unique influence on his musical taste and party habits, which can be experienced at his live shows.
