Anthony Lupacchino, Alex Schuhart, and Michael Muccioli had already known each other for several years through playing shows together in other bands. They came together looking to play music that was meaningful and selfishly, for themselves. In the summer of 2014, they started writing as slowdeath with Alex and Michael on guitar and Anthony playing drums and doing vocals. The following months, after various line-up changes, demos, and a handful of shows around MD, WV, and PA, they end up on hiatus shortly into 2015. During the summer, after some more line-up changes they landed as a 5-piece with Anthony Lupacchino on vocals, Alex Schuhart and Michael Muccioli on guitar, Rob Chappel on bass, and Jon Cole on drums. They recently released their first recording since the demos, titled Recycled Feelingrecorded by Matt Redenbo at Magpie Cage Studio in Baltimore, Maryland.
