Slang is an 8-piece horn band from Long Island, New York specializing in a
fusion of jazz, pop, and rock. Featuring sophisticated originals and
arrangements of covers; their stylistic versatility knows no bounds - playing
everything from Mile’s Davis’ seminal Kind of Blue, to the Spice Girls,
to Black Sabbath and everything in between. If you are tired of played-out
DJ’s, solo acoustic guitar “bar covers,” and electric-guitar-based jam bands,
