Bio
Bilal Shouly, better known by his stage name Shouly, is a Jordanian rapper, singer and songwriter. He is born to a family of Palestinian immigrants and was raised in Amman, Jordan. He moved to Chicago, IL in 2014.
Since then, Shouly has released multiple projects including ShuBasha and Ouffwhite. He has also released numerous singles and music videos that established his name among the rising scene of Arabic alternative hip-hop.
