Drawing inspiration from all over the timeline of music, One-man band Americana artist, Robby and Things brings a familiar yet undistinguished sound of Early Jazz and Blues. With surprising song progressions, hard hitting lyrics, and adoption of the mouth trumpet; Robby builds his performance on providing the audience with a show to remember.
With only his guitar and his voice, Robby Carrillo would busk the streets of his hometown Alhambra, CA and neighboring cities. Slowly developing his performance, he went from egg shaker to tambourine, wooden stomp box to a suitcase bass drum, to finally adding his vocal emulation of wind instruments.
Making a splash playing shows within and around L.A., sooner rather than later, will expand his fanbase and showcase horizons across the U.S.
