Bio
As a multi-instrumentalist and producer, Phil Chandler is a musician who lives on the stage and in the studio. Performing with many acts, Chandler is always in the spotlight drawing eyes with his high energy performances. While he does enjoy playing the nostalgic intimate barrooms, he's no stranger to the big stage. Having produced albums for his band, Orange Joe, performing their alternative rock around the south from Memphis, TN, down to the illustrious House of Blues in New Orleans.
Chandler also makes frequent appearances as a part of 90 Degrees West, a prominent modern country band from New Orleans. 90 Degrees West has had the honor to perform at Bayou Country Superfest in Baton Rouge multiple times. They've opened for such national acts such as the LACs and Luke Bryan, and continue to perform all around the state.
Chandler is also a sideman for Grammy winning blues artist, Grady Champion of Canton, MS. From performing for the Jus' Blues Awards in MS, to sunny San Francisco Phil travels nationally playing his bass guitar to bring the Mississippi blues feel to the people. Most recently, Phil traveled with Grady Champion to Lexington, KY to perform on the nationally televised and internationally broadcast Woodsongs Old Time Radio Hour.
