Born December 30, 1993 in Akron, Ohio, Jeffery Travon Brown has always had a passion for music. Though he never thought he would pursue a career in this industry, it was the male presence in his life that sparked his artistic talents. His biological father and his step father both contributed to the music scene in which the step father owned several recording studios throughout his tenure. It wasn’t until later in his life that he realized he had a musical talent.
From desktop computers and microphones with tube socks as a pop filter, Jayb got his first real experience of quality sound at Central 8 studios in Akron, Ohio. He was in love with the art of music ever since. Now at the age 23 and two plus years under his belt, Jayb has been ready to take the world by storm. With a distinct sound and versatile delivery, Jayb can take you from the club, to the streets, and back to young man’s perspective on life issues. Not afraid to grasp the moment, there is no doubt that the bright lights are not bright enough.
