NUEVO HIT BIOGRAPHY
Alex Torres, artistically known as Nuevo Hit, is a Latin Pop/Reggaeton Artist. Singer and Composer from Brooklyn, NY. Born in Queens on March 28 1988.
Nuevo Hit discovered his talent and passion for music in 2007 at the age of 19. At an early age, Nuevo hit took an interest in music after hearing a reggaeton instrumental which caused an explosion inside his mind to write new songs, day and night all about his life experiences.
Nuevo Hit felt the call to be discovered and soon took charge and his passion to a recording studio in 2013. Nuevo Hit’s musical dreams burst forward after recording his first demo – “Lo Nuevo Esta Llegar” (The Best is Yet to Come), with 4 Songs both Pop and Reggaeton songs: Dama Una Llamada, Me Estas Seduciendo, Buscame, and Esto es Para Todas Las Mujeres”.
After his first Demo Release he was motivated to pursue for proper exposure and seek for a successful record deal. He began self-promoting his music online and performing his music at the Sunset Park Festival, Brooklyn Pride Festival, Coney Island, New York Rican Poet’s Café, Borough Hall and a multitude of events offering Open Mic nights.
Nuevo Hit is currently working on a mix tape called “El comienso de mi exito” which is releasing on April 30 of 2016.
His charisma has taken him to meet famous DJ Alex Sensation from La Mega 97.9 FM , a radio station in New York City, in hopes of getting his songs and vocal ability recognized.
Nuevo Hit continues to push open new doors, knowing that his time for a successfully discovery will soon arrive. Nuevo Hit determination and perseverance, as said by many whom have met him, he has the key of becoming the next Latin Pop/Reggaeton Artist. -
