Bio
New Oceans is Rob Miller, John F. Kehoe, and David Downs. They formed as the official line up for New Oceans back in 2013, when the band was just emerging from its early industrial rock roots. Emediately the band made a sharp turn to early 90's style punk grunge with their first EP release "What's The Use".
