Bio
We are MUF!
We are an Indie, electronic, rock band with elements of Hip Hop and EDM. We are advocates for originality and positivity, and we encourage everyone to be the person they are supposed to be. MUF! stands for Music Unites Friends because that is what brought us together, and we hope it continues to bring people together.
As members of MUF! We have come from all over the world with frontman Joe Moreira originally coming from Brazil, lead Guitarist Omri Ronen coming from Israel, and Chandler Norton coming from Orange County, California.
We currently reside in Honolulu, HI and met at the University of Hawaii at Manoa where we are all attending college. We became quick friends through our love of music and formed in May of 2017. We started playing shows shortly after.
Our goal is to use our music as a means of spreading positivity, originality, and inspiring people to be who they are, instead of trying to follow the norm and imitate others because we are the people, the people we are.
