Indie Hard Rock band MISSIN'LINK now airing on Marcus Mixx's BOOM T.V. Sunday nights @12:30p.m. And Wednesday nights @11:00p.m. In Chicago on Cable Channel 19.
Chicago, IL. August 23, 2010 now airing on BOOM T.V. Chicago Cable station Channel 19, Chicago's own Indie Hard Rock band MISSIN'LINK.
Discovered recently at the Jovial Club by T.V. Producers Marcus Mixx of BOOM T.V. & Alias "G" of the Vicious Underground. MISSIN'LINK band members are David Green on Drums, De Valius McDonald BassMaster & Lead Guitarist Randy Raatz. The band evolved from the influences of Led Zeppelin, Rush, Iron Maiden, Jemi Hendrix, Alice In Chains and more but has defined its own sound.

Local Chicago Indie Hard Rock band MISSIN'LINK performed their 1st live performance at the Jovial Club Restaurant & Bar located at 9615 Commercial Ave. Chicago, IL 60617. Band David Green-Drums, De Valius McDonald-BassMaster & Lead Guitarist Randy Raatz greeted and met local patrons whom celebrated the anticipated arrival of MISSIN'LINK.
Chicago, IL. June 17, 2010. MISSIN'LINK 1st live performance June 17, 2010 at the Jovial Club located at 9615 Commercial Ave. Chicago, IL 60617. Club owner Carolyn Spelich effort to increase patronage by featuring live high quality Chicago area musical artists appears to be successful.
T.V. Producers Marcus Mixx of BOOM T.V. Chicago Cable T.V. Channel 19 and Alias "G" of the Vicious Underground discovered Indie Hard Rock band MISSIN'LINK at the Jovial Club while following leads. Alias "G" states, "I'm here taping for Marcus Mixx of BOOM T.V. who could not be here today and I am taping the band MISSIN'LINK".
Follwing MISSIN'LINK one hour performance club owner Carolyn Spelich states, " It seemed so short, I thought that MISSIN'LINK would play longer. I enjoyed the music and I welcome them back"

Missin’Link is an original Hard Rock/Metal band from Chicago, Illinois that formed in 2008. Band - De Valius McDonald on Bass Guitar and vocals, David Green on Drums and vocals, and Mark Mayer on Lead Guitar. The band’s music evolved from the music of the late 20th century updating to 21st century freshness served up hot and raw for listeners to enjoy. All of the band members who have been friends for many years have played individually in various bands throughout the years before coming together to form Missin’Link a couple of years ago.
How the friends came together to form the band Missin’Link is nothing short of destiny as De Valius McDonald had not lived in Chicago for nearly ten years when out of the blue he received an email from David and Adam who had just run in to each other again and renewed their friendship. Prior to receiving the email De Valius had often wondered what it would be like to form a band with his long time friends so when the email arrived everyone knew it was fate and out of that De Valius moved back to Chicago and Missin’Link was born.
Missin’Link describes its sound as new age Hard rock/Metal and combines pure hard rock music with clever lyrics on songs such as “Salmonella” and “Hell Zone Habit”. The band notes influences as Led Zeppelin, Rush, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Van Halen, Jimi Hendrix, Carlos Santana, Pink Floyd, Scorpions, Grand Funk Railroad, Alice in Chains,Evanescence and more but has defined its own sound. The band is forging full speed ahead and will be performing live within the Chicago area and beyond in the near future to promoting their recently released self titled album Missin’Link.
