The best kept secret in music

What is it really about “independently –produced music vs. labeled music?” Everywhere you can hear them saying that one is better than the other or that the latter is more refined than its counterpart. But for us here at Bonafide Panda we say it’s about the substance and the heart poured into the craft that makes music valuable to the ears.
These artists that we are about to feature today are destined to change your view on what music should be about. With their raw talents and dedicated skills, they truly are more than deserving to be spotlighted on. Guys, let’s meet The Minority Society.
Going by the name of Minority Report, this hip-hop group hails from Seattle, Washington. Comprised by lead members Genk (@daddygenk) and Matt (@mattthedude2) , the group has already gained relevance among Asian Americans within and throughout the country. For more than 2 years now, they have been writing, producing and mixing their own music and videos. Just recently, they have caught the eyes of a Japanese LA-based clothing brand company, City Approval, and are signed to represent them. It would only be a matter of time before we’ll hear them ringing on the mainstream. And we are so honored to have taken part of such success.
Here’s a refreshing treat for you: a track from their Nostalgeuphoria mixtape called “Dreams,” featuring the soothing and sweet vocals of AllA (@AdoubleLA). The verses, the flow, the story, and everything in between this song will really suit your cravings for good music.
If you’re up for some laugh, you might also want to check out their comedy channel Daddy Genk. You’ll find some really hilarious skits that you can actually relate with.

Minority Report (Genk and Matt The Dude) are former winners of 206UP’s The TrackMeet competition and they just dropped a new video: “Dreams” is a jazz-infused, Golden Era-inspired track featuring vocalist Alla. Download the joint here. - 206up
