MFP LIVE is a solo live-electronic artist performing uptempo retro-futuristic dance music.MFP LIVE sets fuse the various Dance genres of Electro, Disco, Dub, House, Melodic Techno, Indie Dance, and Synthwave.MFP LIVE is 100% music hardware-based: synthesizers, sequencers, samplers, drum machines, and live loopers.
No laptops, DAWs, or backing tracks are used during MFP LIVE’s performances.
The various instrument voices, drum parts, rhythmic patterns, melodies, tempos, chord changes, audio effects, and live vocals are all arranged, mixed, tweaked, filtered, and dubbed in/out in real time. This approach brings the energy of a live concert to every MFP LIVE performance.
MFP aka Neiel D Cavin has decades of experience as musician, live performer, engineer, producer and as a deejay.All of these skills and his years of professional experience are summoned and synergized in each MFP LIVE set.
