Daisy Rock Girl Guitars, the original girl guitar company, welcomes to its artist roster Meli Malavasi, a singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with her band Portraits.

Originally from Costa Rica, Meli began playing piano when she was 4-years-old. As she got older, she started learning guitar and drums, and began writing her own music. Her unique voice along with her captivating rhythm and lyrics make her an amazing artist in the pop-rock scene. “I love to perform on stages because it makes me feel free,” says Meli. She performs quite often in the Los Angeles area with her band Portraits, at venues like Universal Bar & Grill, Whisky A Go-Go, The Key Club, and many others.
