Michael Wayne Smith {born November 28, 1984} is a rapper who went by the stage name Yung Meeze until 2015 when he decided to rename himself Meeze Ray Osborn to express his rock and roll legend rap flow. He has had a love for music since he was 8 years old growing up with musical influences like Tupac and Biggie Smalls. Over the years he became more involved in the sound of music and like Martin Luther King he too had a dream. When he was 13 years old he released his first group Lp called Wise Guys with the Pirate Boys under Dangerous Chances Records. Over the years they released 4 cd’s before he went on to pursue his solo career and create his own label Fly Muzik and started the Thrill series with Thrill 1. At the age of 20 he signed his first deal with Dirty Dallas Entertainment, during this time his single M16 featuring Mr. Lucci and Pookie was released for radio. In 2006 3 months after his song was in rotation he had to take a leave of absence from his music. In 2009 he immediately jumped back in the studio and recorded Thrill 2. 2 years after, the Thrill 2 cd was dropped he was arrested on drug charges and sentenced 12 years and released in 2013. His trip to prison was a nightmare and ultimately his wake up call. Finally with all his issues and legal woes behind him he set his mind on being successful in the music business. He now has a new Cd Thrill 3.

Yung Meeze arose from a 10 year old boy's dream to showcase his talent in the world of hiphop. Micheal Wayne Smith Jr. was born November 28, 1984 in the small town of Sherman, TX. He was raised by a single mother, along with his little brother. Yung Meeze saw his mom struggle and that made him even more determined to succeed. While in high school Yung Meeze formed a group called "Pirate Boys" and released an underground album called "Wise Guys" which sold 300 copies the first week. While popularity began to spark for Pirate Boys, CEO of the group Chris Oliver purchased a tour van with the group's faces illuminating in the paint. Pirate Boys released their next album entitled "Busy Boys" which featured hip hop artist Lil Flip. This proved that Yung Meeze was unstoppable as he and the group began to go on the road with Lip Flip. In 2002, Yung Meeze left the label Dangerous Chances and went solo and released his first solo album, "The Trill 1". The album did not do as well as expected so Yung Meeze stepped back for awhile and began producing. In 2004 he became CEO of Dirty Dallas Entertainment. Under this label Yung Meeze worked with artist such as Devin Da Dude, Tum Tum, and Big Tuck. Things began to turn sour for Yung Meeze when he was incarcerated on December 12, 2006 for possession of Marijuana with intent to distribute. The state of Texas sentenced him to 7 years in prison. Not having a high school diploma or good representation, Yung Meeze was denied parole twice. He was finally released on October 8, 2009. Ten days after his release he was back in the studio recording music. Now Yung Meeze is a force to be reackoned with coming back with a vengeance. With influences like Da Brat, Missy Elliott, Jay Z and great admiration for Al Green and Marvin Gaye, Yung Meeze is here to bring a different style to hip hop music. - Artist Trove
