Bio
Danny and Kenny were born back east in both upstate New York and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but spent most of their growing up years in Fountain Valley, California.
Their mother, Carmela, came from a first generation Sicilian family. She was very musical and would constantly sing around the house. Their dad, Ken, was from the Midwest and was a dear and loving redneck. He loved all to listen to old country music, his favorite being Willie Nelson. Carmela would listen to her 8 track tapes of Elvis and the Beatles.
Kenny, and his love for Iron Maiden, started playing drums in 6th grade with a band called "Future Rockers and YCG (Younger California Generation)". He jammed "Photograph" by Def Leopard in his 7th grade talent show, where he also convinced the bass player to wear tights.
Danny also had a love for metal and one year received a shirt from Kenny on Christmas that had Danny's head replaced with Eddie's head, the mascot of Iron Maiden. In his teenage years, Danny took some guitar lessons and developed his art of finger picking.
With music influences of classic rock, Stevie Wonder, the Beatles and Led Zeppelin- song writing was to be their drug.
In his early 20's, Danny's life changed completely when he became a Christian, and Kenny soon followed. They still lead the church in praise and worship every Sunday, as they believe all music is a gift from God and to be given back to Him.
About 2008, through a series of unique events, both brothers found themselves living 2 miles apart in Idaho Falls, Idaho. They would do music individually but soon would realize that when they got together something magical would happen.
Kenny thinks his brother Danny is a musical prodigy in the way that he can pick up and master any instrument. He also thinks Danny is a pain in his back side.
Danny thinks his brother Kenny is a lyrical master and he is thankful that Kenny inspired him to learn the guitar. He also thinks Kenny is a pain in his backside.
There is never a dull moment with these two brothers around.
Together, they believe music is a powerful tool to encourage and bring people on a journey with them, and they will continue to write music to inspire and move their fans to think and to love music as they do.
