From his big melodic hooks, to his raunchy lyrics he is told to be the future of hip hop. By blending pop style songs of love and romance, he adds in more of a urban back round with it as he skews over piano keys and 808's. Songs like "Loyal" and " Hold me Down" are looked at as chart taking songs. Being nothing like most artist Marlee was born into a more classical music home. His Grandmother being a retired music teacher, Father being a part of small local singing group and church choirs. He wasn't introduced to hip hop till the age of 10. After getting his first taste of the genre he became hooked. listening to artist like " Ludacris", " Jay Z" and " Dmx". There was a change in heart for music. Falling in love with the lyric styles he began to just write little raps. Years past also did the styles of music and Marlee began visiting studios to give his style a try. After many of attempts he seem to fall more in love and also discourage him self feeling he wasn't good enough. But he found his heart again after a break up. Spending every minute in the studio turning his pain into passion so other could relate.
