An auspiciously traditional four piece band from Tulsa, Oklahoma right smack in the middle of the United States. The Rays Create songs that intertwine the sounds of the early 2000s British club rock scene while uniquely infusing they're deep Americana roots with hints of psychedelic rock. You can except to hear the complex dance drum tempos and mathematic guitar solos that one might hear drinking in the city streets of Sheffield England. Accompanied by bass lines that leave a southern yet funky resonance complementing rythym guitar that immulates timeless melodies decorated with psychedelic effects. The lyrics of Manta Rays music explores the human condition and our honest interpretation of the world we see before us.
