7. MainMan (October 20): MainMan is already on a path to indie success. They’ve got a classic surf rock sound backed by gravelly, washed out guitar solos and driving rhythms. Their lo-fi jams are complemented by soft yet sturdy vocals (think: Local Natives, Real Estate), drawing up dreamy California imagery along the way. MainMan is the new project of actor Chris Mintz-Plasse (McLovin, Superbad) and long time friends. It’s going down at The Love Song on October 20th! - Spaceland Presents
Throwing it back to 2013 and Kick Ass 2 is one of my favorite movies, what you will notice that the villain a.k.a “The Mother Fucker” is in the video above. As this video was debuted by Funny Or Die and it said that Mc’Lovin will be featured in the video, everyone was expecting a joke. It’s not a joke after all and it’s not him playing his role as the badass villain, he just playing his bass there and I thought the song and the video clip were kicking some asses.
The band called MainMan, mainly playing alternative-rock music. W.W.H is the name of the song. It stands for “What Will Happen” and it wrapped by a retro-style music video. The 80s style of retro with blink-blink suit dan glowing and spacey-themed background, this music video cannot be more retro (except for the music itself). Check their video on youtube to watch it in full. - Indie Accent

Bio
MainMan found their sound by blending indie/ psychedelic rock with surf and funk sounds, creating sundry jams. Their eclectic vibe draws inspiration from Pink Floyd, Built to Spill, and My Morning Jacket. Formed by actor/ bass player Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Superbad, Kick-Ass) the longtime friends created MainMan after frustrated prior incarnations.
