Mad Mission is a high energy rock and roll cover band based in Atlanta, Georgia. Our competitive edge in the cover band world: playing both the hits everyone knows AND the songs people love but are RARELY played LIVE! The band has jammed for over 10 years, and has played at several high profile venues around the city. These include Smith's Old Bar, The Earl, Sweetwater Brewing Company, Park Tavern, the Red Light Cafe, 5 Seasons Brewery and Steve's Live Music. We frequently play at many charity events, such as 500 Songs for Kids and MUST Ministries' Gobble Jog.

Julie (lead singer/keys) has lived onstage since age 5. She is an accomplished pianist/vocalist with over 25 years experience. Influenced by Stevie Nicks, Chrissie Hynde and Debbie Harry, Julie knows over 1000 rock songs by ear and loves making the audience get up and dance!
Gordon (guitar) has played in many bands during his musical career, including the legendary Rock Garden out of Anchorage, Alaska. His musical style is reminiscent of The Byrds, The Youngbloods, Lovin' Spoonful, Gin Blossoms and REM--jangly in all the right places!
Harvard (bass guitar/alto flute) loves playing his alto flute to many classic Tull songs but primarily plays solid bass, keeping the band in synch and in the groove.
Our motto is "Never the Same Way Twice" but we open every show with Al Green's (via Talking Heads) Take Me to the River. From there, you'll hear everything from Tom Petty to the Foo Fighters, Blondie to Johnny Cash, Rolling Stones to U2, Arcade Fire to the Zombies.
