"Saving the World, One Song At a Time"

Love and discovery are two terms that exemplify the message of Wonder Woman perfectly in her compassion for all life and her ideas that everyone can be the best versions of themselves. For decades, writers, artists, actors and activists have rallied around that message. Today, Larissa Lam joins the ever-growing band with her new single off her record, WONDER WOMAN, which is about people believing in themselves and the extraordinary things they can accomplish.

Wonder Woman could not have sung it better herself. - The Bronze Review

"POP Matters review"

Lam's voice is soulful and emotive and keeps the album compelling and is the most powerful element of On the Way Up . These songs obviously deeply personal to Lam, and she's invested all of herself into them. From the sorrowful "On This Road" to the joyful "Messenger" she transcends the expectations of listeners, turning the plaintive cry of "No one loves me" into hope when she adds "like you do" on the opening track "The Universe".

"Music Dish Review excerpt"

Larissa Lam has a great sound that often blends electronic beats and arrangements into a pop sensible groove. Her vocals are simply amazing. The only thing that was more pleasing to the ears was the intelligence in the lyrics.

The overall pop appeal of this album is great. I think that a lot of music fans will truly enjoy this album.

"EQ & Keyboard Magazine Review"

"A fast rising star, Larissa displays an impressive range of vocal and songwriting skills on this live album" - Executive Editor, Greg Rule

"Local Songbird Flies High On Hollywood Stage"

A Hollywood crowd, even one sprinkled with several family members and friends, is always a bit jaded. They've seen it all, or so they think. What they saw ans evidently enjoyed Thursday, April 22 at the Knitting Factory was stellar performance by singer Larissa Lam.

Starting off with her signature tune, "If I Fall," Lam had the audience in sync with the R&B influenced pop song backed by and extremetly talented band. With her engaging banter between songs, Lam had the audience completely relaxed and enjoying themselves. - Weekly News (excerpts)

Larissa Lam is an award-winning pop, dance and soul influenced singer and songwriter. Her current single "I Feel Alive" won the 2015 Hollywood Music in Media Award and Akademia Music Award for Best Dance Song. She was named November 2015 Best Vocalist of the Month by SingerUniverse Magazine. She constantly surprises people with her big, powerful voice. This petite, Chinese-American singer-songwriter has toured all over the U.S and Asia, captivating audiences at major venues such as The Dolby Theater, Lincoln Center, The Grammy Museum and Staples Center. She is not only a powerful performer but she uses her music to empower and inspire people to make a positive impact in the world.

For more than a decade, Lam’s soulful vocals and smart songwriting have been showcased on numerous critically acclaimed albums including her 4th solo album, Love & Discovery. For the new album, Lam collaborated with producer, David Longoria, who has worked on numerous platinum selling recordings with artists such as Sting, George Michael and De La Soul.

On Love & Discovery, Lam takes listeners on a musical experience that includes EDM, R&B and jazz. More impressively, she penned all 12 songs on the album.
