Feeling a bit camera shy
Bio
Residing in Franklin, NJ is Kkimmestry, the definition of "Artist". Since the age of 10 writing has been her biggest passion. She first shared her talent in high school through shows and her school's television network WantTV. Under WantTV, she also developed a passion for film making, landing her the "Best Music Video" award at the school's award ceremony the AVA's. She moved on to study film making, all the while keeping music at her side. She released the musical project "Free Dope" solidifying her polished creative sound. She toured with a band known as Music Cafe and performed for colleges within the tri-state area. Upon completion of the tour she returned to film making, dedicating her time to her latest short film "Sell Out". The film landed her the "Excellence in Film making" award at MSU and played at both the Newark International film festival and Montclair Film festival. She currently has a web series titled #WednesdaysByTheBar available on youtube. Every week Wednesday she releases new remixes along with videos that she directs, edits, and sometimes shoot on her own. Her latest project "Finally" pulls us back into the music with a new inviting sound.
