King Nilah

Nilah is a fire spitting female emcee from Irvington, New Jersey, where she first discovered her fondness for music at a very young age. Raised in a household where her ears were introduced to many different artists and genres, it was there where her early influences began. Music legends such as Lauryn Hill, Jay-Z, and R&B groups such as SWV inspired a young Nilah to write her own music, talking about her everyday life, along with its ups and downs. However, it wasn’t until her sophomore year of college when she decided to step into a recording studio and begin taking her craft more seriously. 

Since then, Nilah has been announcing her arrival on the music scene, releasing two projects, a mixtape entitled Hello America and an EP entitled Love & Millions, which can be heard via soundlcoud.com/KingNilah , in addition to a single titled Calm Down available on iTunes, Spotify, Tidal and more streaming services. In addtition to releasing new music, Nilah has released visuals from the music on her projects. Those can be found via Youtube.com/KingNilah. With no time to waste, Nilah is already in the studio recording her third release, slated for Spring 2018, and a debut album soon after. 

As she continues her journey, Nilah looks forward to being an inspirational artist, while making a positive impact to the music industry.
