Born in Brooklyn, New York with past roots in Fayetteville, North Carolina, performing artist Keep It Easy or K.I.E. whose real name is Kiewaun, is bringing heat to the music scene. Packed with radio standouts, memorable lyrics, and charismatic tough talk Keep It Easy is providing hope from a streets point of view.

Loosing his mother and father at a young age Keep It Easy often says he grew up wounded. "I wish for nobody to go through life without a mother or father but that is the reality life dealt me".  Although interested in music since he could remember, it wasn't until after many run ins with the law and life lessons did he leave the streets behind and make music his escape to express his life experiences, and be a voice for others.

Artist such as the late Notorious B.I.G and Snoop Dog influenced K.I.E. to begin rapping. Although music  has always been a hobby for him, he has performed at venues from NYC, DC and NC spreading his music. Keep It Easy has been very involved in his projects, as well as doing his own production and producing on his music. He has consistently worked on his own original music effortlessly to give you the vibe of Fayetteville, NC and the gritty sound of New York City. Keep It Easy is determined to make a stamp in the music industry and turn his hobby into a profession.
