Bradley Cowans Jr., better known as "Kam Dutchie" is an musical artist, songwriter, recording producer, and american rapper from Atlanta, Ga. Bradley grew up around the environment of criminality and the struggle of being in the streets of Atlanta, which turned him into doing music after graduating in 2009.
