Bio
Kaien Cruz is a 21 year-old R&B singer/songwriter from South Africa. At seventeen, she suffered a career-ending illness that crushed her athletic dreams of becoming a professional soccer player. More driven than ever, Kaien began following her passion for music, where she quickly rose to the top of the charts with her single "Love Me in the Dark", later nominated for Best Song in the South African Music Awards. Rushing into the spotlight, she then had her first debut performance, opening for Justin Bieber's Purpose Tour. Inspired and determined, Kaien found her way to Los Angeles, where she is now pursuing as career as an artist.
