Jstar the Dreamer, 1/4 of the hip-hop collective Rhyme x Reason has been for the past 2 years tirelessly crafting his second project, the follow-up to his debut Sandbox Dreaming. Through long studio sessions and going back and forth to the drawing board he has finally completed his sophomore solo project which is set to release the first quarter of 2018.
The lead single entitled If Ifs (A Puppet's Perspective) discusses those life's regrets that we have all dealt with and as the song says, "..if ifs was a fifth we'd all be drunk, ya dig?"

Jstar the Dreamer has always been destined to create music. From the age of 10 playing
percussion in his elementary school band to being mentored at age 11 to play a drum set in church. It wasn't until 7th or 8th grade, did he really decide to tap into his rhyming capabilities. Jstar's sound can be described as expressive while bringing new sounds, song concepts and an explosive stage performance to the music industry. With a vivid and creative imagination, he brings not only relatable music to the forefront but also inventive artwork, imaginative videos and the utmost professionalism.
