Bio
Born Columbus, Ohio, on March 10, 1990, Jose Langston is an emcee, songwriter, engineer, and actor/comedian. Formerly known as "Jason Bricks", Jose signed to independent hip-hop label Immortal Music Group [IMG] in Late 2014. Since August 2012, he is also CEO and Creative Director of a media company named Cloud Life Ladies & Gentlemen. He has released three mixtapes since his official name change in 2012. One promotional EP in March 2013 entitled King of The Ill, October 2014's Sleep Is For Babies and March 2015's OG Samurai, which is Langston's debut on IMG.
Langston has also produced a freestyle DVD in 2012 entitled Sunset Sessions Freestyles. Alongside, business partner, Dorian "Dope Doe" Prather, has started Trouble For Your Establishment Films (TM)(C)(2014). Projects include a a under-development YouTube channel and two comedy films.
In 2015, Jose Langston plans to release four solo mixtapes under the [IMG] franchise. There will also be two collabration mixtapes being released this year, One with Inkster producer/DJ Shock Montana which is entitled Japanese & Hazel and the other with Detroit-area emcee A.Jaxx, Chicago producer/rapper Mr. Incredible and Brooklyn rapper J. Hutch Brooklyn under the group name C.R.C.
