"Danville In The Dust is four minutes of some of the best rock and roll I have heard in a long time." - in reference to the opening track of "Blue Collar Bones & Busted Knuckles" - Harry Kaplan
"Springs serves up ten songs that range from strong to brilliant... has delivered one of the best rock albums of 2016" - in reference to "Blue Collar Bones & Busted Knuckles" - Stijntsje
““Blue Collar Bones & Busted Knuckles” is bluesy, gritty and bad ass music, written by an able wordsmith. This is what you would call heart and soul music. Raw enough to catch the sights and sounds of real life, yet somehow thoroughly polished in a way that is organic, relatable and not forced.” - Rick Jamm
"Jason Springs’ remarkable story telling ability gives each song its own intricate path and dares the listener to follow along the twisting trail and not have some emotion of nostalgia..." - Nic C. Ryan

Bio
Hailing from southern Virginia, Jason Springs released his debut album, “Blue Collar Bones & Busted Knuckles,” in late 2016. A culmination of trials and stories from the last ten years of his life, the album’s quality songwriting and catchy melodies earned him comparisons to such well noted artists like Steve Earle, Jason Isbell, Chris Stapleton, and John Moreland. With years of performing under his belt, and a core of musicians backing him able to hold their own with the best on stage, he’s quickly gaining momentum as one of the region’s most up-and-coming artists, blending old school southern soul with his own unique style of alternative country, folk, and southern rock. Springs’ music is inspired by real life experiences, producing honest and thought provoking lyrics.
