Jacob Golden is an indie singer/songwriter with an equal love for Nick Drake and The National. Although a California native, he's released two albums in the UK. In England he was signed to Rough Trade by founder Geoff Travis (The Smiths, Antony and the Johnsons.) and Echo (Bat for Lashes, Ray Lamontagne). The Invisible Record out Jan 22nd 2016 is a meticulously crafted DIY record of off-kilter folk songs lovingly recorded by Jacob in a Portland Basement. mixed through guitar amps and old speakers, the vibe is a blissed-out and sad lullaby.
