Jhane’ Thomas, artist name Jhane’ Lashay, is an American R&B artist from St. Louis Mo.
Jhane’s love of music began at an early age, introduced at five to fellow St. Louis native Nelly’s music, Jhane began a passionate affair with music. Her family often found her singing along to the radio at all hours of the day and night. Encouraged by her father, professional comedian JayLee Thomas, and inspired by her favorite artists, Jhane’ decided at the age of 10 that music was going to be her life.
Jhane’ was introduced to music producer Terrence “Diesel” Hampton in May of 2017 and produced the hit single “Maybe” which launched her onto the St. Louis music scene. In just a few short weeks the video for “Maybe” had over 30000 views, likes and shares, it has been well received by the music industry and has been offered a place on a future HBO show. With the initial success of her debut single Jhane’ is preparing for a series of live shows and is heading back to the studio to finish work on her first album.
