Formed in 2015, Heavens Heels was the creation of two rival bands from Vallejo, Ca. Not just a blending of members, but also of their respective music styles.
From a band called September Dilemma, Heavens Heels took the soft, melodic and captivating tones inspired from bands like Pink Floyd and Type O Negative. From another band called Venat came the heavier, uptempo metal guitars and drums inspired by bands like Black Sabbath, Gwar, and even classic rock artists like Van Halen and Alice Cooper.
