Hipnosis comes to you with an extremely diverse background with many years of playing in a variety of bands spaning from Puerto Rico to United States. The Members of the band have had the honor of performing alongside and have opened for numerous great Latin musicians for example Tono Rosario, Tobby Love, Henry "Pucho" Brown, the late Tito Puente, Johnny Pacheco among many others. Our experience and influences has given us the ability to entertain in a variety of Latin Rhythms and styles. We come together Collaborating from the areas of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, providing you with the Hypnotic sounds of Merengue, Salsa, Bachata, Reggaeton, cumbia, boleros, and Top 40 English tunes with a latin twist. The director/ Arranger/ piano player Adrian Ferrer has had the privilege to perform on national TV and is currently in the mist of recording a project with the group. The Album set to be released in the late summer of 2016 Titled GRUPO HIPNOSIS " DANDOTE LA DOSIS" will feature a mix of Bachata, Salsa and Merengue. The album also has numerous collaborations with great Musicians Like Matt Cappy (Mattcappy.com) who has Recording credits with Micheal Jackson, Jill Scott. along with appearing on The Tonight show and David Letterman. He has performed with The Roots, Tony Bennett along many others.
Hipnosis has also had the privilege this year to collaborate with the great Erben Perez (Marc Anthony's) bass player of 25 years. He has also worked with Jennifer Lopez, and has recording credits with the best in the latin industry. The song was recently finished at Paris recording studio ( Eric Maldonaldo) and is due out in the spring titled "Julian" the song is based on a true story of hope and faith. It's based on the medical condition Trisomy 18, and believing that that the man above will carry us through the toughest times in life. The song will also debut under the organization SOFT dedicated on helping families with children with the medical condition. Hipnosis released a music video in December 2015 titled "NI Una Bala Mas" (No more Bullets) sang by "Chalecomania" Charlie Acosta. This video collaboration is based on the ignorance of bullets shot in the air to celebrate special festive occasions and all the individuals injured in the process. This practice is something scene within many latin cultures and through education negative behaviors or customs can be deterred, stopped or changed. Hipnosis also had four single releases through iTunes and other social media platform sites.

Many Blessings and accomplishments were achieved last year, and 2016 is starting to shape up to be a very exciting year for the group. Lots of work still lies ahead of us as we finish the album and music videos ahead of us.
Sailing a boat in a turbulent sea has proven not to be an easy task, however when a captain is determined to reach land fall only the faithless fail to enjoy the true reward of accomplishment.

He’s had the honor of performing alongside and open for numerous famous Latin musicians, for example Elvis Crespo, Tobby Love, Henry "Pucho" Brown, the late Tito Puente, Johnny Pacheco, and among many others. His experience and influences have given him the ability to entertain in a variety of Latin Rhythms and styles. His band comes together collaborating from areas of Pennsylvania, New york and New Jersey, providing you with the Hipnotic sounds of Merengue, Salsa, bachata, reggaeton, cumbia, boleros, and top 40 English tunes with a Latin twist.
